Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a static and a dynamic QR code?
A static QR code stores its content inside the code itself, so it works forever, needs no account and can't be edited after printing. A dynamic QR code points to a short link that you control, so you can change where it goes at any time and see how often it is scanned.
Can I change a dynamic QR code after it has been printed?
Yes. A dynamic code always prints as the same short link, but its destination is stored in your account. Edit the web address, contact card, PDF or landing page whenever you like and every printed copy follows.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days with 1 dynamic code and 1 brand kit, and no card is needed. Every design, export and scan-report feature is included. Static QR codes are always free, with or without an account.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your dynamic code stops working until you subscribe, and people who scan it see a message that it is no longer active. Your codes and designs are kept, and everything works again as soon as your subscription starts. Static codes are not affected.
How do I subscribe?

Can I use my own logo and brand colours?
Yes. Choose colours and gradients, dot and corner shapes, add your logo, wrap the code in a frame with your own call to action, and save the result as a brand kit to reuse. A live scan check warns you if a design may not scan reliably.
Which file formats can I download?
PNG for web and social, SVG for designers and printers, PDF sized for print from stickers to posters, and transparent PNG overlays for Full HD, 4K and vertical video.
What can a QR code open?
Dynamic codes can open a website, a contact card with a Save contact button, a PDF or image, a simple landing page, a text message or your Wi-Fi details. Static codes can hold a web address, text, Wi-Fi login, email, SMS, phone number, contact card or map location.
Do you track the people who scan my codes?
No. We count scans per day so you can see how a code performs, but we don't store IP addresses or set tracking cookies on the people who scan.
